Breathing Space | Huddersfield

Those with Dementia

Movement and Dance with Lottie Hanson

Movement and dance promotes physical health and well-being, supports self-esteem and confidence, and is at heart a very sociable activity. In these sessions there is no attempt to remember steps from previous weeks, learn any particular technique, tire anyone out, or put anyone on the spot. Simply spend time together moving, dancing and having fun with each other. Absolutely no previous experience is needed.

Meet new people and share in a collective, creative experience in these fun and supportive sessions.

Note: Breathing Space in Huddersfield currently has a waiting list, please call Moira at HOOT for more info - 01484 516224
