Those with Dementia

Dance with Janetta Maxwell

Bring some laughter into your day in this series of dance sessions where the focus is on nourishing wellbeing and shaking off the cobwebs. There is no attempt to remember steps from previous weeks, learn particular techniques, tire anyone out, or put anyone on the spot – unless you want to.
Enjoy listening and dancing to a wide range of music, from familiar classics to current hits and everything in between.
Absolutely no previous experience, or confidence, is needed; just the willingness to give it a go. Come to one, come to some or come to all.
