Breathing Space activities in Batley are back!
The Breathing Space project is for people who are living with early stage dementia (and a partner, family member, friend or carer) who might enjoy some creative time together.
Why? Because being creative makes us feel good and it is proven to be beneficial to our mental health and well-being including for those living with memory concerns, mild cognitive impairments or early stage dementia.
Join our friendly in-person group in Batley, where we have fun exploring creativity and focusing on the positive and what’s possible.
