Arts for Mental Health & Wellbeing programme

After winning the tender to deliver Kirklees' Creative Arts and Mental Health service we are please to announce our brand new timetable of activities in Huddersfield, Dewsbury and Batley.

The Out of the Blue programme is free for anyone over the age of 18, who is living in Kirklees and is experiencing problems with their mental health and/or wishing to protect their mental health. Out of the Blue offers creative sessions run by professional, community artists in harmony singing, music making, creative writing, visual arts and digital music as well as opportunities to perform and showcase art work throughout the year. It also offers a series of one to one sessions in our music recording studio.

To attend Out of the Blue you can refer yourself, or be referred by someone else.
