Hacking Happiness with Breathing Space on BBC Radio 4

Back in January, BBC Radio 4 visited our Arts & Dementia group Breathing Space to speak to us about happiness for their programme 'Hacking Happiness'

The programme starts next week on Mon 16th July at 1.45pm and sees presenter Leo Johnson going on a journey to pick up life lessons of happiness from modern-day practitioners of radically different philosophies. It will include a series of 15 minute episodes throughout the week. 
The episode including Breathing Space is called 'Beyond Happiness' and will be aired on Friday 20th July at 1.45pm.
